Methamphtimine is one of the fastest growing drug ever in the United States.  Why do you think meth has become so popular to drug users in the United States?

In the late 1970s, the drinking age was moved from age 18 to 21, due to the increase of automobile deaths and irresponsible consumption of alcohol among teenagers.  Thirty years later, automobile accidents are still the number one cause of deaths among teenagers and there is still underaged drinking.  In your opinion, tell me if the decision to move the drinking age has been effective.  Should the age be lowered?  Why or why not?  Use facts to support your answer.
